Discretion is our business — and that extends to your data. Here, transparently, is what we collect and why.

Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the forms on this site:

  • Booking: first name, phone, email, date and details of your visit;
  • Application: first name or stage name, age, contact details, experience;
  • Contact: name, email, message;
  • Newsletter: email address.

This site uses an audience-measurement cookie — see the “Cookies” section below.

Purposes

This data is used solely to handle your request: confirming a booking, replying to a message, reviewing an application or sending you our invitations if you have consented. It is never sold or passed to third parties.

Retention period

Booking and contact data is kept for a maximum of 12 months. Applications are kept for 6 months. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in every email.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to us at silverpalace31000@gmail.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site uses a single audience-measurement cookie (Google Analytics), used to understand how the site is visited: pages viewed, referrer, device type. No advertising cookie, no retargeting tool and no cross-site data matching are used.

This data is sent to Google LLC (United States), under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can object to this audience measurement by turning on your browser's do-not-track setting, using a blocker, or installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Third-party services

The site's forms are processed by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, a French company), which routes messages to our inbox and hosts the newsletter mailing list. The data stays hosted within the European Union and is never transferred outside the EU. The site is hosted by Vercel.

This site also embeds a Google Maps map and Google Fonts typefaces, which may collect technical data (IP address) when loading. The presentation videos are hosted on Cloudinary. See those services' privacy policies to find out more.
